How much does Paxan cost?

We have 3 basic types of plans, Classic for small teams, Advantage for growing teams and Endeavor for enterprises. You can find full details on our pricing page here .

Are there any setup fees?

No.

Are there any hidden costs?

No – we are up front about pricing and provide details of our pricing plans. If you use the integrations to Xero or FreeAgent their pricing will also apply.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time by giving one month’s notice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards, Maestro debit cards.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade a pricing plan anytime but can only downgrade once you’ve been on a plan for 30 days

Can I access Paxan on my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, Paxan is a fully cloud-based system. You can access it from an internet enabled phone, tablet or desktop/laptop computer, and multiple users can work on it simultaneously.

What is the cloud?

The cloud is a secure platform to make data and software accessible online anytime, anywhere, from any device. Paxan was built in the cloud – for the cloud. Paxan automatically releases upgrades, so when you access the product, you’re always using the most up-to-date version. There’s no business downtime or costs associated with upgrades

Can I access Paxan offline?

No. Being ‘in the cloud’ requires an internet connection.

Is Paxan easy to use?

Yes, it was designed by non-techy business owners to be intuitive and simple

No, but our friendly and knowledgeable experts are on hand to offer advice.

Which Cloud Accountancy software can Paxan integrate with?

At the moment Paxan is fully integrated with FreeAgent and Xero accountancy software allowing your #smartdiary to also create your invoices saving you time and money

What are the system requirements for Paxan?

A internet connection and an up to date version of a modern standards compliant web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge.

How safe is my data?

Your data is stored in a secure cloud environment in a GDPR compliant Data Centre. All information that passes between our server and your computer is encrypted using a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the same technology that financial institutions use on their websites. Further, we encrypt important personally identifiable content in our database to give it the highest level of protection.

How Private is my data?

We take your privacy very seriously. Our Privacy Policy can found here. Paxan is built around the principle that only you (or people you give login access to) can access your data. We undertake never to reveal any data to anyone, unless required to do so by law.
